Adams Golf

There are 6 basic steps in the golf swing that every golfer
must be informed before each golf shot. Number of stage 1 is
body alignment relative to the target. Start by standing 2
3 meters behind the golf ball with your body and the ball

through golf club. Your hips should rotate
made it directly to your target. Since your
weight will be posted, it should now be squarely on your forehead
leg. You should now see your golf ball soaring towards
your target in a trajectory arc of Nice.
